The Bardot. ‹ The Green Product Junkie

You might’ve heard me raving about the latest product for creating a flawless cat eye.  It’s vegan, clean and it works!  New from Australia, Quick Flick has a stamper (choose between three lengths) on one side that you line up against your eye and it stamps the perfect wing and you fill in the rest with the other side…a perfect liner.  Take 10% off with code: GPJ.  For your shadow?  I recommend a base of Alima’s Shadow in Bone or Kjaer Weis’ shadow in Cloud 9  (10% off with code: GPJ10).  For shadows, there really is nothing better than these palettes (and they’re sustainable).  Take 10% off with code: GPJ10.  For mascara, I recommend Avocado Waterproof mascara.

I love a peachy nude lip these days and I’ve been buying lots of them. What I’m recommending is that you pair a nude, a peach or a peachy nude with this look.  It’s just gorgeous and very modern. My favorites?  In the gloss department, it’s Kjaer Weis (pretty much all of her pink/peachy tones will work) here (take 10% off with code: GPJ10).  For a gloss, use either Ilia Beauty’s nude Peek A Boo or their peach Butterfly + I.  For lipstick?  Go for peachy Nobody’s Baby or In My Room.  You can also do a peachy/pink lipliner with the gloss.  My favorites?   Ere Perez Sesame Lip Liner in Sweet or Kjaer Weis’ Bare lipliner (more of a nude undertone).

Apricot or a tame bronzer. Honestly, it looks good on everyone (I remember Kevyn Aucoin singing its praises back in the day).  My favorites? RMS Beauty’s Lost Angel, Kjaer Weis’ Cream Blush in Precious or even Kjaer’s new bronzerI’m also a huge fan of the loose blush from Alima Pure.  Some of them have a glowing effect and it’s absolutely lovely without being too overdone.   Make sure to add a little highlighter just above the cheekbone, down center of nose and even on brow bones.  I love the old favorite, Living Luminizer and Maya Chia’s highlighters.

Okay, so we’ll start off with a great shampoo and conditioner.  If you need volume, I’m suggesting you go for Rahua Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. I also recommend True Botanicals (if you have drier hair, get this one) because they won’t weigh down your hair and you’ll get gorgeous, shiny locks (take $20 off your $40 order with code: KATIETRUE20).  Need more volume?  Go for the I Create Lift Mousse from Innersense (10% off with code: GPJ).  Need more volume, get yourself the amazing dry shampoo from Captain Blankenship (it will leave your hair smelling like rose geranium, too…so good!)
