HCG Diet Recipe Rosemary Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients:

• 100 g medium shrimp
• Handful of cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
• Handful of fresh rosemary, chopped fine
• Dash of red pepper flakes
• Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions: Mix the shrimp, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and salt & pepper in a small bowl. Marinade for at least 2 hours. Place on skewers, alternating with the cherry tomatoes. Cook on a hot barbecue, frequently basting with marinade. Finish with salt & pepper. Note: Skewers do best when elevated or placed on foil to prevent burning and sticking)!
