Additional spaces for psychotherapy on Friday mornings – Inspiring Health

Posted on by

A message from Debbie, Psychotherapist

I am pleased to be able to offer additional availability for psychotherapy/counselling sessions on a Friday morning; one at 09.30 and the other at 11.30 at Inspiring Health, Falmouth.

From time to time we all experience challenging life events that leave us feeling bewildered, confused, sad, angry or all of the above and more. Sometimes these feelings can begin to ‘take over’ and start to affect many aspects of our life. Symptoms of depression and anxiety can invite us to feel scared, ashamed, hopeless and alone.

Therapy can provide a safe and confidential space, where you can be heard, understood and supported in making changes to, or coming to terms with the circumstances we find ourselves in. As a trained and experienced therapist I offer my clients a therapeutic relationship based on respect, compassion, resilience and no-judgement, that endeavours to promote hope and solution.

Some of the reasons people come to see me:

  • Symptoms of depression and anxiety
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Work related problems
  • Bereavement
  • Feeling ‘stuck’
  • Personal development

Please contact me for a no-obligation discussion to see how therapy might help you

Best wishes
